From the name of this project, one can implicitly infer that it is indeed a beautiful settlement that is environmentally and nature-friendly. This settlement, with all recreational facilities, pays special attention to a structural density of less than 35%, which indicates a high focus on landscape architecture and recreational facilities.

Out of the 200,000 square meters of the settlement, a portion is dedicated to urban facilities. These facilities include various shopping areas such as markets, pharmacies, a health center (with an ambulance), a supermarket, cafes, pastry shops, several different banks, car, bicycle, and scooter rental services, a beauty salon, a dry cleaner, and home goods stores (operating under the Evergreen company name), and Turkish brands for clothing and all daily needs.

Additionally, there is a picnic area in the green valleys within the mountain. The surrounding environment of the project includes an area of 3.5 kilometers, comprising walking paths, cycling, and driving routes.

Given the project’s location in the mountainous region, all units have views of both the sea and the mountains. The first part of the settlement is situated at an elevation of 38 meters above sea level, the commercial area at 44 meters, the middle of the project at 62 meters, and the end of the settlement at 92 meters above sea level.
